Chipmunk’s
Nut Store

A whole autumn’s gathering.
A sky full of cheeky visitors.

Opening the nut store…

THE OLD STONE WALL

One for you.
The rest for winter.

“I counted those nuts. Twice!”
— Striped Chipmunk

Device best 0
Make every acorn count.

How to play

Move along the wall and fling acorns up. Each bird catches its prize and flies away happy. Dodge falling twigs; shelter beneath the stones.

Keyboard: ← → or A/D to move, hold Space to fling, H for help, P or Escape to pause. Mouse: point to steer; hold the playfield to fling. Touch: slide the strip below the picture and hold to fling, or use the arrow buttons.

Gentle throws for you and helps your aim. Three short waves end with a refill, even if the birds get through. Challenge gives you three baskets: a twig or a bird reaching the store costs one basket. Finishing a boss order restores one (up to three). Catch streaks multiply points; misses break the streak. Chatterer clears falling twigs and repairs the wall once; Buzzard’s delivery earns another assist.

The visitors & credits

Blacky feints sideways and aims his twigs. Sammy shouts before swooping. Every sixth Challenge wave is Blacky’s grand picnic: fill his acorn order to send him home and earn a basket back. Halfway through, he doubles back and fans out his twigs. Chatterer boasts as he helps. Ol’ Mistah Buzzard glides overhead and carries a bonus acorn back to the store.

A new Green Meadows game and dialogue inspired by Thornton W. Burgess’s cast, not an original story. New AI-assisted ink-and-watercolor scenery and action sprites follow the selected ai_models sheets: Striped Chipmunk v3, Blacky v1, Sammy v3, Chatterer v2, and Ol’ Mistah Buzzard v1. Chipmunk and Buzzard retain their low-evidence design notes. These are new drawings, not original Cady illustrations.

Less motion removes decorative flapping and particles; essential arcade movement remains. Sound is synthesized on this device. Only your Challenge best score is saved here. About this game · Privacy
